Colorful Day

This is one of 100 paintings I did while participating in The 100 Day Project from February to May, 2024. The painting is based on a photo I took while on my daily walk in the Mojave Desert where I live. This one is called Colorful Day because I played with non-local color while painting this (meaning I didn't use the actual colors I saw).

This is an original 7 1/8 x 4 1/2" painting done in oils on unstretched canvas with a 1/2" border.
